In order to devote more time to our patients while they are in our office, effectively immediately, we will be using an automated calling system to confirm your upcoming appointment(s). Please be aware that the automated confirmation system does not accept changes in the schedule or cancellations. Our office does require 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations. Thank you for your patience and co-operation.
Financial Information
If you have a dental plan, please bring your dental insurance card to each visit. If your employer provides you with a detailed dental plan book, it would be helpful to bring that to your first visit as well. As a courtesy to our patients, Dental Associates Of Cape Cod will handle all necessary insurance claims and will bill directly to your insurance company. Any co-payments and/or deductibles are due at the time of service. At your first visit, our knowledgeable office staff will be happy to give you an overview of your dental coverage. We welcome payment from your FLEX spending account. If you have any questions beforehand please call us at 508-778-1200 If you do not carry a dental plan, we do accept payment by personal check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or cash. (See Financing Options below) Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Our office offers several different finance options to assist in meeting your specific financial needs. (Please see below)

In some cases a treatment plan may exceed your insurance carrier’s coverage limit or you may not have a dental insurance plan at all. To help make emergency and cosmetic dental services more affordable, our practice offers multiple easy to use finance programs.
